Fraud by the seller

I bought a game account from A Facebook player, he is happy to give me his Facebook account.

we agreed once I got his Facebook account, and changed the email and phone number, I will pay him euro 100. Everything is done, and I paid him the money through PayPal.

only 30mins after I paid, his Facebook account is blocked, and I can’t get in, someone reported his Facebook account was stolen. And I applied to unblock it with my Id.  And one hour later, his Facebook account is unblocked, but the password is changed. When I clicked forget the password, the code was sent to his email. After he got paid, he reported his Facebook account is stolen, and took it back. So can I got my money back? <Removed>

As long as you did NOT use the friends/family option to pay then you can raise a dispute for non receipt of item but no guarantees you will win as its a digital / virtual sale.
