Someone brought some shoes off my son and there was a delay with postage, she has received the shoes but prior to this she claimed for a refund saying she didn’t receive them, I’ve asked her to Drop the claim and she said she don’t know how to do it, I’ve tried calling her and no answer. My PayPal balance is on hold until she confirms she has them but hasn’t as of yet, the 20th they will take the money off me to give back to the buyer even though she’s not responded. Anyone else had the same problem and will I get my money back if they give it back to her? I’ve got messages off her to say she has them

You will win a dispute for non receipt of item if you have provided paypal with the tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer.
