China returns

I disputed a case with PayPal and now I have to return something to China. The return address is all in Chinese. Will USPS or UPS accept the package like that? Is it even worth the shipping cost? (I know PayPal will reimburse some of the shipping fees but likely not all). Thank you for your help.

Contact customer services and explain you need an English version of the address.

Also tell them it was a Chinese scam website so you should not have to return the item first? Worth a shot, however if they still say you have to return then you can claim up to a certain amount if you have activated the below link.

I’m not even sure how to contact customer service. I’ve been emailing them but can no longer find the website. It was definitely a scammer. Or do you mean PayPal customer service?

Paypal customer services.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
