Apparently Scammed

Bought merchandise from a FB advertisement. Received the payment confirmation from PayPal but never received any communication from the seller. Filed a claim with PayPal, the seller provided a USPS tracking showing delivery to PayPal so they denied the claim. Still to date, the seller has not responded to emails and we have not received the merchandise. The item weighs 264 lbs. , don't think that could have been sent through the US Mail, but now PayPal will not allow any additional claims since they already denied it. My shipping address is a working warehouse, manned Monday thru Friday, 7:AM to 5:PM, the tracking showed it was "delivered" around 2:35PM Friday, it was not. So the following individual has my money and I have no other options, please be aware of the following merchant as they apparently know how to work PayPal's system.

Hi @Dawgtowered

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with this transaction.

Have you reached out to USPS to discuss the package? If not, please reach out to the shipper to verify where the item was delivered. If it wasn't delivered to your address, request a document that confirms the package associated with that tracking number was not shipped to the shipping address provided to the seller. Once you have this information, you can work towards appealing the claim

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,
