It's stunning that a company like Paypal suddenly blocks a customer account WITHOUT any notification, just to ask for legal documents like proof of registration, proof of address, etc... I have no problem to provide these documents but why don't you ask them in advance and let the account run ?? Not only you don't notify BEFORE that you will need these documents, but you don't even notify AFTER the account was blocked !!! We learned from customers that our account was limited, in other words blocked, because they could not process their payments, that's how we learn it ! We received plenty of mail from Paypal for stuff of low interest, and you cannot send a mail saying "Hey, your account has been blocked" ??? Sometimes, I really wonder if someone at Paypal pays attention to this, or if you care at your customer at all...
