Account limited but clicking on the limitation, says it's resolved

Hi, I recently received a payment but since my account was limited due to insufficient info, I filled out my details again and submitted them for review. I got an email last week that the details were approved, however my account is still limited. When i click on the limitation for the information submission, it says that everything was successful and that there are no limitations. However, every time I click ok and go back, the limitation is still enforced. What do i do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
