Ayer me hackearon la cuenta, entraron, cambiaron numero y correo, llevo toda la mañana tratando de contactar con servicio al cliente, llamando y hablando con el bot que es más inutil que tomar sopa con tenedor y no he obtenido respuesta, entré al foro a ver si a alguien le pudieron solucionar el problema pero a nadie le parecen responder y me surge la siguiente pregunta ¿por que el servivio al cliente es tán inútil?

Yesterday my account was hacked, they changes the email and phone numbers, I've been trying to contact customer service since this morning, calling and talking with the bot that is more useless than eatin soup with a fork and I haven't had an answer, I came to the comunity to see if anyone had the same problem and got a solution but the haveb't answer to anybody so I have the question, why the customer service is so useless?
