I am trying to set up PayPal's "Return Shipping on Us" so I can return some goods that I have bought in the UK.
When I go through the help pages on PayPal and get to this page (URL below), the links take me through to a Merchant page? Any help or pointers very welcome as it's a bit confusing and not obvious how to activate the Return shipping on us feature.
