DO I HAVE TO LINK PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO A BANK ACCOUNT ?

Hi,  I'm new to all this and can't seem to find the answer I need on the website anywhere.

Is there any way I can do this ??? ....

Open an ebay account for SELLING only - but NOT have a bank account or debit / credit card linked to it. As my paypal builds up with money from sales i can use it to pay my ebay seller fees.

Will at any time I be asked to link to a bank account - for say, accessing any money I receive of if I ever want to send money from it as a gift to someone.

If you're going to be selling you will need to verify your account and this will involve adding and confirming a bank account on your PayPal account so yes you would need to confirm your bank in this instance.
