Need help withdrawing money to bank accnt/change business name!

I have a business account and want to transfer money to my bank account. Problem is, my bank account name is MY name and on paypal it is under my "business" name. How do I cahnge my business name so it is my legal name???

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about this issue.

With a Business PayPal account, you would generally only be able to withdraw to your bank account that's connected to your business. One option would be to downgrade your account to a Personal account type, or alternatively, you could update the business name on your account to your own name.

Here’s how to change the name of your business:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3. Click ‘Update' in the 'Business Information' section.
4. Click 'Change Name'.
5. Select ‘Business Name Change (business name)’ and click ‘Continue’.
6. Enter your business name and click ‘Continue’. 

After you've done this, you would need to remove and re-add your bank to make sure this change is reflected on your registered bank details.
