Can't withdraw funds from PayPal to my bank; keeps saying "Verify your account.....

 It goes on to say "we don't recognise the device you're using" and then says click an option either "receive an automated phone call" or "Verify public info" or "Confirm Card number" but when I click any of these nothing at all happens. The page just sits there.

The same happens on my PC and my laptop.

The page looks very empty as if it's a hack/scam job; either way I need to sort it.

I've emailed PayPal but had no response.

Anyone out there can help?

There is a known issue with withdrawing funds at the moment.

And the more anoying part of this will be that you're withdrawal will be on pending because of a fault on there side.

 

I tried to withdraw money today and normally it's instantly in my bank. I also got this verification issue today. I called them up and told them about it and the guy on the phone put me on hold to sort it out for me.

 

My withdrawal is still pending!!! So annoyed if I can't access my money!!!

Customer Services sorted it out so if anyone else has this problem just get the 6-digit code then give them a call.
