I need help with some weird errors i get on my account, my account is fully verified.

Hello Forum, so the problem that I have to deal with is with my account being

Problem 1. 

"We can’t send your payment at the moment. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. "

 

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Service. "

Problem 2.

Or. " We couldn't verify it's you "

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Which this is maybe caused by me deleting and adding the same bank and credit card again, to try to " Refresh " my account and be eligible to withdraw my hard worked funds. I am fully verified, so there's no problem so far about any more information needed from PayPal. I'm a business user of PayPal, and I don't get why i would get treated like this without and reason. Please Visitors, Supporters and everyone who will seek and read this ticket HELP ME. I have verified my credit card again, but i can't even ADD my bank account on again because of this message.

 

Problem 3 ( Adding my bank account back )
" We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. "

Thanks for anyone seeking and helping me here! Very much appreciated. This is frustrating. So i shall stay patient and wait for a response! Thanks: )
PS. I had no clue what Category and Board that should be posted in. So i just went for " Managing my account " & " Access and security.

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience! From what you reported, it sounds like you may be facing our security system and that it may be preventing you from completing a payment. In this case, I would suggest that you clear your cache and cookies, delete your browser history and wait 48 hours before trying again. This should help you solve the issue.

 

If this does not work, your best option would be to call our Customer Service. If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and then clicking 'Call customer support'.

Can't you just fix it to me normally? Like unblock my account i need to pay someone the money, they can't wait.. And i can't call PayPal right now, because of home issues..
