I just noticed that I still have several Money Requests showing as PENDING in my activity, however they have all been paid by the customers. They've been sitting there since June. One of them I needed to cancel as the information was wrong, and I did so, but now it's back and showing again. I tried cancelling it again and it won't. Is Paypal experiencing some sort of technical or bug problem?? Having several of these sitting in pending is confusing!
I had the same problem, finally I've been able to cancel after many attempt , but my ebay customer contacted me to get xplanation why I asked to pay a second time the amount he already paid 2 weeks ago, I think paypal must check at this issue, cuz it's very annoying for those selling on eBay.
