Recently my paypal account was hijacked and multiple transactions were made on my account that I was able to clear up. However, one transaction that is $632.69 USD cannot have a a dispute created for because all of the transaction id's are invalid. This transaction was money being sent to another paypal account or an email directly. There were 3 other transactions of almost the same amount that I was able to clear up. Please help, I need to get my account out of the negative.

*Edit: There is also an Interpay transaction made for $5 USDafter this that I also cannot get a valid transaction id for.

Thank you for responding so fast.

God I feel so sorry for asking, but how do I get to customer support? I'm not lazy or anything, I seriously can't find it.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
