Hello, As the title says, I made some payments as a Guest to a person that I would like to dispute. However, I didn't have a paypal account and I completed these payments as guest. I created a paypal account afterward and those payments don't appear in my activity. I searched on this forum and I read that customer support would open a dispute for me in this situation. I contacted customer support and they can't help me. Apparently, they can't open a dispute without knowing the transaction ID however that information doesn't appear in the e-mails I received after I paid. All I've got is this information (roughly translated from my main language): "Receipt number: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx Keep this receipt number for a future reference. You'll need this number if you have to contact paypal's customer support." However, customer support keeps saying that without a transaction ID they can't do anything. From what I've been told, I can only retrieve transaction ID from the activity page and these payments don't appear there because they were completed as guest. I've sent at least 10 e-mails without any luck. Can you help me? Best regards
