That is exactly what I said, I meant to put money on my account from Paypal and accidentally requested it instead. The process says it's still in transfer and it is up to "paypals discretion" to keep trying which is going to cost me $48 every time it fails to go through. This is not solved because after the first time it has bounced it should cancel the request instead of trying again a few days later. My bank is also not active during the weekend so I can't even call to correct this yet until Monday. It is absurd that I can't intervene manually after the first "failed" transaction especially considering this is to a linked paypal account of my own and not to another individual.
