I filed a dispute against a seller that I'm pretty sure was running a scam. I purchased a product in October. Supposedly it was shipped early November. Tracking number is invalid. Website is no longer working. Seller won't respond to emails. So I escalated my claim on December 13th. Now PayPal keeps giving me different dates for when the claim will be resolved. The new date is now January 5 2020. Getting frustrated cause I can't get anyone to respond. Anyone else have this problem? Tips on what to do?
