I'm at a loss here. Can anyone help? I'm at my wit's end and this is incredibly frustrating. I've been trying to withdraw money from my PayPal account for the past week and a half. I've called three separate times, and I've been in message/e-mail contact with them. When I tried withdrawing an initial 250 or so dollars, I was told conflicting information; either that the bank I added was "too new", or that a 250 dollar withdrawal was "flagged" by PayPal's system as unusual activity. After waiting for the requested "24-74 hours", TWICE, I still can't withdraw money. A friend in the US sent me money as well, and when I still couldn't withdraw my cash upon trying again today, I was told that I should be able to withdraw any balance that existed prior to this most recent addition of funds. I tried this on the phone with the customer service rep to prove to her that this is a problem on PayPal's end, to which she promptly transferred me to her supervisor in response. He basically said, tough **bleep**, we can't help you, and if you want to access your money you'll have to reverse both payments from earlier this month. There's no explanation for why this is happening (none that make sense or hold up to evidence, at least), or effort on the customer service reps' end to fix this issue. I most recently spoke with a supervisor named Lester (he gave me the identification number of 4116) and he didn't even attempt to help me. He just straight up told me to return the funds to my family members and have them wire funds. What is incredible is that the very same account that PayPal "can't withdraw funds to", is actively being used to fund purchases and shopping.
