Hello, The error is usually returned when you attempt to process a direct card payment, but you're account is not setup to process this type of payment, ie. it does not have payments pro enabled at an account level. I would recommend submitting a support ticket for this production issue and provide the relevant account information and a copy of any API response you have where the error message is shown.
