I’ve had the very same issue with this vendor. Submitted a dispute with PayPal which was initially denied since USPS tracking number which was provided to me on initial transaction only showed my zip code and ultimately showed “delivered”. PayPal initially indicated they could only go by what shipper (USPS in this case) reported. I visited my local post office and was told my tracking number had been delivered but to a different address in my zip code. After appealing to supervisor, I was provided with the detailed tracking info showing actual delivery address. I have since provided this documentation to PayPal and they have reopened the case. It is clear this is a scam and wonder why PayPal can’t recognize these and not deny them a platform. Original website disappeared within a day or so from my purchase but I notice at least one new website that appears identical to the original. Curious as to how this tracking number scheme works.
