I am writing on behalf of my 91 year old mom who has had US$200 taken from her paypal account. We tried to open a claim through the resolution centre and paypal closed it without any communication. Going round in circles now and can't see what to do nest. Very unhappy - any ideas how to resolve this? I have contacted the retailer who sell gift cards who have noted that this was fraudulent but paypal do nothing to refund. my mom never uses paypal to buy anything and it is absolutely obvious this was a fraudulent transaction. thanks for your help
