Hi @Charlesdbp I also had the same problem in the past (I wrote a post a few lines up) and NOBODY of this fu***ng forum has given me a hand. Even the assistance of paypal was almost useless. I will try to help you and tell you how I solved it. Basically I had paid 1200 euros for a video card. Then I requested a refund, granted by the seller. But... because the seller had already moved the money from the paypal account to his bank account, the refund did not take place automatically because the computer system of his bank automatically refused to transfer money on request of his paypal account. After 3 unsuccessful attempts (in 20 days) of automatic refund (for each failed attempt, the "refund" button returns clickable), the seller proceeded to manually move the amount he had to refunde me, from his bank account to his paypal account. After that, when the money was in his paypal account, we tried to redo the refund automatically, and finally, the money in your paypal account was deducted and returned to my credit card in about 5 days. In short words, the refund works only if it must be issued by the residual on the paypal account or by credit card, instead it DOES NOT WORK by bank transfer.
