Hi. I have send money for christmas to my friend but I used her old PayPal email ( the new one and old one are similar 😕 ). Unfortunately she has not been using old PayPal ages and now we have got money stuck in her old PayPal. She has tried reset a password but she has changed mobile number so she can not verify by mobile and she knows answer only for one security question. She can not access to that account now and refund money to me 😞 .is there any other way to reset a password ( perhaps special link send to her old email) or call to customer service and ask them to do it ( can you give me a number pls).
