I sold an item for $350 in person.. the buyer gave me their number and i sent them a bill for $500 and then we settled at $350.. so i sent them another money request for goods and services for 350... they take item and leave 11 days later the buyer disputed the transaction with their credit card company saying that they live in texas they could not possibly have bought the item in california where i live. then paypal sends me a message saying that the transaction has been chargeback and they take another $20 fee for the chargeback.. on top of the of the $350 they took from my account and I am out a very expensive item that i should not have sold that cheap in the first place. How can this even be possible? the person i sold it too had a phone number connected and the email to their paypal account...what can I do?
