When verifying an item was delivered correctly when someone says they didn't receive the item, how about making sure that you contact the carrier and verify it even has a matching address to said order. The courier can state if the address is the matching one on file for the delivery. It ensures that it wasn't sent to someone else so a person doesn't have to go through a lengthily process to get there funds back with you making interest of the money til then. When you make a decision on a claim in the middle of the night on a Saturday/Sunday evening but didn’t check your resources to ensure you in fact didn’t falsely deny the claim at hand. Wasting many many hours of someone’s time to show you what you could have found out in minutes of double checking this before deciding on claims and assuming the worst first without fact to support it other then item delivered. Did you check to ensure it was delivered the right address from courier? NO YOU DIDN’T ! In my case you decided in 6 hours of submitting claim but have taken your sweat time fixing your error in judgment with proper evidence sent. Now here I am day 4 still nothing even though it was escalated as well. I know for a fact that when I called the courier company that they said the item was in fact delivered to an address that was not mine. The courier gave all documentation showing exact address delivered to and even logged every step with even a photo image of the package as I have accounts in all couriers with special services to ensures items arrive properly. Now what are you going to do for me and all the people you make go through this? You should have verified the address with said courier first and not just it being delivered. I was also told it would 7-10 days to get this looked at when it only took them 6 hours on a Saturday evening to decide with all couriers closed to talk to a person again. In the first page alone that was submitted out of 12 pages it shows the address it went to and the tracking information and it wasn't even mine.
