I have had 3 recent transactions thru PayPal where I feel that the seller misrepresented their goods or services. None of these involved buyers remorse— all 3 purchases were made in good faith but the products delivered were substandard or lacking to live up to the seller’s claims. I submitted them through the resolution center, and had to escalate all 3 to claims, which were way too quickly decided against me! By using PayPal to pay for these transactions, isn’t their responsibility to me as the customer? It seems that PayPal takes the easy way out by just capriciously denying my claims without any kind of due process for me, the client! I’m disgusted with this treatment...does anyone else feel the same?
