So, I loaded up $185 in cash onto my PayPal account yesterday. When trying to send the funds, I keep getting the error message, "we cannot complete payment at this time." I understand that this means my account is under review for some sort of suspicious activity. I was just wondering if there was any way I could speed along the process of unfreezing my account. I would be more than willing to speak to a representative to clear things up. Because as of now, my money is being held hostage in my Paypal balance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
