Sorry I don't agree, it is impossible to talk to someone, I am still trying and I am the originator of this post. Paypal support is horrible, they are there when you want to spend money but not to dispute and help you My advise, is to really think twice before making any purchase through Paypal, especially if its something that is overseas. If you make a mistake, Paypal will not help you. If the seller is a fraud, like mine was, Paypal will not help you. All the patients in the world will not get you to talk to a human being paypal. As for their chat, well you can chat withsomeone, but they wont help you either, you go in a loop de loop. Its been over 6 months, and I havent given up but its more like a game now. I try to get through before every purchase to remind mysef "do I really want to use paypal to pay for this?" For those of you that are looking at this post, its probably too late, but in the future I would suggest, not only thinking twice about hitting the accept or submit button, but done use your debit, you have a better chance at possibly the credit card company helping you than your bank. Bottom line, Paypal is terrible when it comes to their customer support, think twice before using them.
