I have had a variety of issues and errors trying to create recurring profiles in my sandbox accounts.
Based on previous posts, I created a new sandbox business account, upgraded it to Payments Pro, but DPRP is not working. Can this be added?

I cannot create a recurring profile in my sandbox account, which works otherwise. I am using a generated test card number (and I have tried a variety): NVP pairs submitted are: ZIP -> 19147
