Hi! I have been sending messages to your support here and I would also like to ask if your Facebook Page that says Paypal Philippines with the verified check mark is legit? How come that if they are, there has been no solution provided and everyone there has just been responded with copy pasted canned templates. Isn't that disappointing for a client to be just handled that way? I thought Paypal values their customers? Now, why am I not getting any help? You should see my sent messages that I had to bombard you, because you haven't given any solution and attention to my concern. 1st - you asked me to verify again my Identification despite the fact that I have been verified since 2009 or 2010 - I did! 2nd - you asked me to re-send my proof of address and I did! 3rd - your message comes back to me as a loop 4th - I sent emails asking for help 5th - now I had to refund all my funds because Paypal tells me that my account is not linked to a card and that I have to verify myself again and again and again! What the heck is going on with Paypal? Too many unhappy customers now. This is very very very sad when we were expecting you to improve your system because of the higher fees.
