I have a mini-fridge that I ordered that was never received. A tracking number was issued by the seller. The item shipped under that tracking number weighed only 2.4 lbs and whatever it was, never made it to my home. The mini-fridge that I ordered weighs 32.8 lbs. PayPal closed the dispute saying it is resolved because there was a tracking number and I am not going to be refunded for the item. I tried calling the seller at the number listed on their website initially, and the number was not in service. I tried contacting them through their email listed on the site and it bounced back as not a real email address. I have since emailed the seller through the Paypal email, but with Paypal finding the case in their favor, I doubt that they are going to refund me or send me the actual mini-fridge I ordered. I have filed a claim with UPS since the item never arrived as well. Anything else that I can do to get this dispute re-opened? Do they re-open them when there is clearly an issue like this?
