Hello, My account was limited because I don't picked up my phone on Sunday, it looked suspicious for PayPal, ok with that. My money was frozen for 180 days, it is also ok, understandable. But I am not going to fulfil my recent/last orders, because it doesn't worth it for me - I will receive money only after 180 days. Problem is, that I can't cancel orders on eBay - they shows error that there is problem with my payment processor. I can't refund on PayPal manually - doesn't show such option. Yesterday I have called to PayPal and I was told, that only way to refund money for my customer is when they open case on PayPal against me. I have contacted all people, explained situation, asked them to open case on PayPal and guess what - I still can't refund them! When I choose issue full refund and close case option, I am receiving error: We're sorry, you can't issue the refund as your account has been limited. And on case still shown waiting for seller (my) action. There is enough money to make refund on PayPal balance. How can I refund innocent, non related to my business and me people money??? They are forced to wait 8 days till I do not respond and only then, when PayPal take case under review and decide will be refunded? It is not ok, I look like scammer in those people eyes, why I can't cancel orders and refund other people money instantly? I understand that you do not want me using PayPal anymore, but my customers are not happy about this situation, it is Christmas time, a lot of gifts and money needed for people. How to solve this huge problem?
