Hi all I had an item I sold that was held up in mail so a refund was done as the buyer put in a request. Well the item turned up as I had tracking and was told he had the item, After contacting the buyer he agreed he did have it but he is saying the part is not correct .. I have proof it is. Just that he has to get a mechanic to program it. I agreed to sell it to him a$100 cheaper than the purchase price to help him out. he said ok and would pay the price $180 down from $330, well he paid $90 now he will not pay the rest. So what can I do I have sent him 3 requests from Pay Pal now he is ignoring me will not reply. I have spent so much time on this item several emails to the postage company trying to find it plus doing the best I feel I could do to help him out. Please advise on what else I can do it not fair.
