@Pepebell79 If the charge is posted as complete, go to the transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute. Should there be no transaction listing in your PayPal account, look in your email for the PayPal receipt for the receipt ID number to call PayPal with. If no PayPal receipt, dispute it through your financial institution.
