The seller I ordered from sent me UPS tracking information for my order. That tracking number was applied to a similar weight package sent to the same zip code as my order but addressed to a different receiver. UPS was consulted. I physically contacted the recipient and took a photo of the UPS package label. The recipient confirmed that the package did not contain my ordered item. Therefore it was not just a "wrong label" issue. I filed a PAYPAL claim, but was denied since the tracking number was delivered. I provided PAYPAL with the photo of the UPS label showing the tracking number and the address label, which was not me. PAYPAL denied my claim. The seller never responded to my attempts to contact them. Are there any recourse measures at this point?
