I have had a number of items that I purchased but not yet received removed from e bay. the item becomes "greyed out" on my purchase history and I can no longer access seller info or purchase info. no item and no refund. I use paypal for all transactions so when I called e bay they said thy couldnt help...and to contact paypal. All they gave me was e bay transaction numbers...about 7 items in total. Anybody give me step by step solution? thanks
