Hi, We have been receiving regular monthly automatic payments via Recurring Subscription Payment Profile for the last 3 years. Apparently, the payment for Dec, scheduled on 02-Dec-2019 was not received, and there was no automated email either from PayPal informing about the problem or if payment was skipped or anything of that sort. We checked with the buyer and all is good at their end. The profile is in Active Status. On earlier occasions, we have observed the delay with recurring payment could max +12hrs or so however it has never been over this time, and we are getting concerned now.
