I understand that you have issues with withdrawing your PayPal funds and need assistance with checking with the withdrawal limits. In the meanwhile, I'd like to thank @Stephchap1 for assisting. I would like to inform you that all PayPal accounts are initially ‘Unverified’ and have limits on sending, receiving and withdrawing money. Since you have issues with withdrawing funds, I'd suggest you check if your account has any withdrawal limit on it. Here is how to check your withdrawal limit.
Click the Bell Notification Icon in the top right corner.
Click on the withdrawal limit notification.
Follow the prompts to remove your withdrawal limit.
If you have checked with this and could not find any limit, it is possible your PayPal account is under limitations or the internal security systems blocking the transfer.
The best way to get this issue addressed is by contacting our Support directly by any of the following means. Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of PayPal's pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. You can also send us a Personal Message from our official Facebook or Twitter pages.
