my account has been limited by Paypal. information requested by Paypal regarding beneficial has been provided in an accurate and 100% legitimate legal manner. I have attempted to resolve this matter with Paypal customer service for 3 days now without success. It is extremely frustrating that you can not speak to anyone in Paypal who can logical resolve this situation or has the capacity or willingness. The case can not be escalated to a manager for review. You can not contact anyone in Paypal Australia to discuss this matter. All you get is script readers of policy from a call centre in the Philippines who are only interested in getting you off the phone and not solving the problems. I have several Paypal accounts for business located in Asian countries and have always been given prompt accurate and helpful information from the customer service people and or people who can make decisions to resolve matters in timely manner. I can not close the account and withdraw my funds as the compliance section will not accept a official government Immigration document as proof of address for me in Indonesia. Complete madness.
