I recently sold quite an expensive bag on depop. My buyer paid via PayPal and unused her PayPal address to send item to her via Royal Mail first class signed for service. She than messaged me on depop to advise me she has not received parcel as she no longer lives at that address and sent me her new address. I contacted Royal Mail using my tracking number and they advised me that my bag was returned to their national sorting address as it did not have a return address marked in the package. I asked what happens next and that said I needed to file a claim. When I attempted to file a claim with Royal Mail none of the file a claim eligibility criteria fit my own circumstances. I contacted Royal Mail again and they said they will try and track the package and it can take up to 30 days but could not guarantee a return. Now my buyer had filed a claim on PayPal requesting her money back. What do I do? If I do not get my bag back that’s a lot of money I have lost out on through no fault of my own
