No offense, but that's still very unhelpful to someone in my situation. It's kinda like being given a bill or fine you must pay and nobody can say why (obviously not the same thing, but it's still an extreme thing being done to you for reasons unknown even to the ones doing it). Paypal has a near monopoly on many internet transactions and being locked out of it with little more than a shrug is just disheartening since now I'm locked out of using a major component of the internet. Knowing my main activity with Paypal (buying games on Steam and Humble Bundle) and my great credit score, if I'm too "high risk", then I'd have to disagree. I would write to the legal department, but I just feel like it will be ignored even if my reasons turn out to be legit. Also, I wouldn't know which paperwork to provide outside of trying to explain the circumstances of what made them reconsider me from my end to hopefully show them I'm not engaged in bad behavior.
