Thank you kernowlass for your reply. 🙂 I have messaged PayPal via their website chat program already within the last couple weeks. While all of the PayPal employees have been very nice & helpful, none gave me official written pre-approval or said how to go about getting official approval for my business; to insure that my customers do not end up like the 100,000 customers that another website recently had cut-off from being paid by PayPal. I have messaged PayPal via their chat system yesterday & the automated reply said: "PayPal Virtual Agent 03:23 PM Please send us a detailed message below and an agent will respond to your message within a few hours." Did not receive a reply but can see the message I sent in my Sent box history. I am now receiving the same few hours reply time in the message I input a little while ago, but PayPal could be having a problem with their chat system or a large amount of customer service inquiries at the present time I guess. I like the idea of using the PayPal online chat system, as it is PayPal's "official" form of communication. I will give the chat system some more time to receive a response but if not, I may give your suggestions of contacting PayPal through Facebook or Twitter. Thanks again kernowlass. 🙂 PS - I'm not at all complaining, only trying to insure that I have provided PayPal with all the information that they need for me to receive their written pre-approval for my business. 🙂
