Have you opened a significantly not as described dispute on PayPal? If the return has been requested by PayPal as part of the dispute process, we will process the refund from the seller's account once the tracking information confirms delivery back to the seller. If this is an agreement between yourself and the seller, we cannot guarantee the seller will issue a full refund when the item has been returned.
