Are there any human beings working at Paypal? No matter how I try to contact them, I get a robot. You ask for chat, you get a fricking robot. You call, you get a robot. You text, you get a robot. I chose an option for a callback, and was called back an hour later by someone who sounded like a human, but then when she said she was going to transfer me, she disconnected me instead. So I had to wait another hour for a fricking callback! And then I got what sounded like another human, and when he transferred me I was put on hold for half an hour and finally hung up in frustration. I don't think I am ever going to use Paypal again. Seriously. This is beyond stupid and this kind of crap is a spit in the face toward the customer.
