A few weeks ago my husband posted a computer for a Honda Rincon on Facebook marketplace. A person contacted him and we sold it and and shipped it to him. Prior to the sale, we provided video proof that product was in good working condition. It's a $700 part that we literally sold for $200. We also stated in the ad that the product is an "as is" type deal as we are selling it so under value. Now the buyer has come back and says that the computer doesn't work. He has provided no proof that the product doesn't work, just filed the dispute on Paypal. Now after my response stating all of this, Paypal has decided in the favor of the buyer. There is no area to go further with this. I AM NOT A BUSINESS!!! This is my personal account. If he has tried to return this to O'Reilly's, Advance, NAPA, anywhere like that, the refund would not have happened because companies don't take back electronic parts like that. (atleast not around here) I cannot be sure that the product will not be returned damaged or not in working order, even though the computer worked when it left us. I cannot dispute and Paypal won't allow me to make any further remarks on my behalf just a refund to the buyer. What do I do? I feel like we are going to get something in return that is not what we sent and we are going to be out money all because of this guy!!!
