I sent my ID into PayPal because my account was limited, obviously they noticed that I was under 18 as I am currently 17 years old. I have a balance of nearly £400 but can't withdraw it. All my messages to PayPal just come back with an automated response, I can't email back the person who closed my account and they said "If you wish to withdraw the money available in your balance, you need to provide the following documents: Proof of Identity" and that's it. I have tried providing my passport photo as it fulfils all requirements for it but I am unable to respond to that email and I am told use the contact section on PayPal itself. Whenever I use this, however, I just get an automated response that doesn't help AT ALL. I tried using the chat centre, but it just says that I need to do it in the specific hours of 8am-6pm DESPITE me doing it ALWAYS in those hours. I then tried calling PayPal, again THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE ON THE CALL CENTRE EVEN IN THE BUSINESS HOURS THEY MENTION. I am genuinely lost for what to do. All help is appreciated greatly.
