I am the customer service manager for a small online shopping/order management company. We allow users to connect their Merchant PayPal account to our system so they can import orders/customer information. Most of our users are able to sync the information without any issues but we've had a few users reach out and say that addresses stopped importing for some reason. Out development team is at a loss because it only looks like these three accounts are not working properly. Is there any setting we can advise our users to change? Any idea if the issue would be on our end?
