I'm going to just paste here what I sent to customer support: Hello, I am contacting you about a problem with my debit card. On January 1st 2021 I got an email from PayPal saying that my automatic transfer could not be processed. It said that I have to link a different U.S. debit card. I checked with my bank to see if there was an issue with my card that is already linked with my PayPal account that I have successfully used before, and there was no issue. The expiration date is in 1 year and everything else is also in order. I would like you to look into this and see what the issue is and why my card (and PayPal) cannot receive payments or withdraw funds. I should also add that I do not reside in the U.S., I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I hope to hear from you soon! Does anybody have an idea what might be causing this problem?
