Hi, I ordered a bridesmaid dress for €135 and the seller provided a tracking number. The dress seems to have made its way part of the journey but the shipping updates stopped 10 days ago and it has not been delivered. I paid extra for expedited shipping and was to have the item in 6 working days. It has been 3 weeks. If the seller shipped the item but the tracking shows it has not been delivered am I entitled to money back? I emailed the seller and their only response was "hopefully it will arrive soon"
