I know I'm not the first to post about an account limitation, however, I'm at a loss for what do now. I've followed the steps, uploaded documents that prove where I live (twice) and now I haven't heard back from PayPal in a month. I've emailed, phoned, tried messaging on Facebook, but no luck. I can't get in contact with a human that can help me. Does anyone have any tips, do PayPal actually have customer support in the UK? This is ridiculous.
